Rubella IgM হলো সেই antibody যা শরীরে recent বা current Rubella infection হলে তৈরি হয়। তাই এই test মূলত বোঝায়—আপনার এখন বা খুব সম্প্রতি German measles (Rubella) হয়েছে কিনা।
🔬 What is Rubella IgM? (Rubella IgM কী)
IgM প্রথমে তৈরি হয় infection শুরু হলে
সাধারণত rash শুরুর 4–5 দিনের মধ্যে detectable
কয়েক সপ্তাহ থাকে, তারপর কমে যায়
🤰 Pregnancy-তে কেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?
Pregnancy-র first trimester-এ Rubella হলে baby-র Congenital Rubella Syndrome (CRS) ঝুঁকি থাকে:
Hearing loss
Heart defect
Eye problems (cataract)
Developmental delay
তাই fever + rash হলে বা exposure থাকলে Rubella IgM test জরুরি।
