SCL-70 (Anti–Topoisomerase I) antibody একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ autoimmune marker, যা সবচেয়ে বেশি দেখা যায় Systemic Sclerosis (Scleroderma) রোগে। এই test শরীরে এমন antibody আছে কিনা দেখে, যা নিজের টিস্যুর বিরুদ্ধে কাজ করছে।

• এটি Topoisomerase I enzyme-এর বিরুদ্ধে তৈরি antibody

• Strongly associated with diffuse systemic sclerosis

🧠 কোন রোগে এই test গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?

Doctors SCL-70 advise করেন যখন নিচের লক্ষণ থাকে:

• Skin tightening / হাতের আঙুল শক্ত হয়ে যাওয়া

• Raynaud’s phenomenon (ঠান্ডায় আঙুল সাদা/নীল)

• Swallowing difficulty (esophageal involvement)
