Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH) হলো একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ blood test যা থাইরয়েড গ্রন্থির কাজ সঠিকভাবে হচ্ছে কিনা তা নির্ণয় করে। এই test সাধারণত Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, weight change, weakness, hormonal imbalance ইত্যাদি সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে করা হয়।

Thyroid gland গলার সামনে অবস্থিত একটি ছোট প্রজাপতি আকৃতির গ্রন্থি, যা শরীরের metabolism, energy production, heart rate এবং body temperature নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।

🔬 What is Included in Thyroid Profile?

1️⃣ T3 (Triiodothyronine)

T3 হলো active thyroid hormone যা শরীরের metabolism নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।

2️⃣ T4 (Thyroxine)

T4 হলো thyroid gland থেকে বেশি পরিমাণে তৈরি হওয়া hormone। এটি পরে শরীরে T3 এ convert হয়।

3️⃣ TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)

TSH তৈরি হয় pituitary gland থেকে এবং এটি thyroid gland কে hormone তৈরি করতে stimulate করে।
