Culture (Manual) হলো একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাইক্রোবায়োলজি পরীক্ষা যা শরীরের বিভিন্ন নমুনা (blood, urine, sputum, pus, wound swab, body fluid ইত্যাদি) থেকে সংক্রমণকারী জীবাণু (bacteria / fungi) শনাক্ত করার জন্য করা হয়।
Unlike automated systems, this test is performed manually in the laboratory using culture media and incubation techniques.

Culture test মানে হলো নমুনা থেকে জীবাণু আলাদা করে বিশেষ মিডিয়াতে (culture media) বৃদ্ধি করা।
After growth, the organism is identified and tested against antibiotics to check which medicine will work best.
