Water Culture Test (Aerobic) হলো একটি microbiological laboratory test যা পানীয় জলে উপস্থিত ক্ষতিকর ব্যাকটেরিয়া শনাক্ত করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

This test helps detect aerobic bacteria that grow in the presence of oxygen and may contaminate drinking water.

বিশেষ করে এই টেস্টটি drinking water safety, borewell water testing, tank water testing এবং hospital/OT water quality monitoring এর জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

📋 Sample Collection Instructions

✔ Use sterile bottle provided by lab
✔ Do not touch inside of bottle or cap
✔ Collect running water sample
✔ Close tightly immediately
✔ Deliver sample within 1–2 hours
✔ Avoid contamination during collection

⏳ Reporting Time

🕒 48 to 72 hours (2–3 days)

Since bacteria need time to grow in culture media, report is usually available within 2–3 days.
